• BS01 = Not controllable

• BS02 = Relay 1 controllable

• BS03 = Relay 2 controllable

• BS04 = Relay 1 or 2 controllable

If the DSO knows which of the relays is controllable, the DSO will report this using BS02 or BS03. This enables the service provider to target control requests directly to the correct relay without the need for further clarification.

If the accounting point is in market‑based load control and the relay configuration of the accounting point changes, the DSO must, when necessary, inform the service provider of the change so that control requests can be correctly targeted.
