Version information
Detailed information about the version contents can be found in the Datahub Services portal: version themes, release notes, as well as schemas and other version-specific API documentation.
Datahub will be updated to version 2.7 on August 18, 2026.
Datahub version 2.7 focuses on market-based load control and includes the load‑control functionality defined by the industry working group on market‑based load control.
The implementation of market-based load control will be phased, and distribution system operators must support load control by 1 June 2027. From the Datahub perspective, the phased implementation means that market-based load control can be offered starting from 1 September 2026, depending on the readiness of the grid operators.
Certification
Datahub version 2.7 includes changes that require mandatory certification from parties.
Certification will be carried out in the market parties’ test and certification environment CERT02.
The schedule for certification and testing of the version is described in the service portal, which also contains up-to-date information about test environments and their updates.
Distribution system operator
DH-129 Accounting point controllability update
If the DSO is going to use the DH‑129 event to update the controllability information, the event must be certified before the DSO can start using it. If the DSO updates the controllability information only via the CMS user interface, certification of the update event is not required.
DH-121 Creating an accounting point
When creating an accounting point, the controllability information does not need to be sent as part of the DH‑121 event. Therefore, the accounting‑point‑creation certification can be completed either with or without the controllability information. Even if controllability information is not recorded for the accounting point during its creation, the accounting‑point‑creation use case itself must still be certified.
Certification is mandatory, and distribution system operators must complete certification before they begin supporting load control.
Load control service provider
DH-835 Load control service provider’s authorization request to customer
DH-855 Authorization request cancellation
Certification does not need to be completed according to the version 2.7 schedule if the load‑control service provider plans to adopt authorization requests at a later stage. Certification is not mandatory if the load‑control service provider will not be using authorization requests at all.
Voluntary test cases
Testing and certification service Tepa will publish voluntary test cases at the beginning of week 24 to support industry testing.
