Production deployment of the Authorization Service
A ticket to Datahub support is required for the production deployment of the Authorization Service only if the party creates and approves authorization requests as part of its own digital service, and the customer needs to be redirected from the Authorization Service back to the party’s own service after processing the authorization request (see Authorization request use cases ). In this case, the return URL must be defined in the Authorization Service by Fingrid Datahub. The adding of the return URL is requested via a support ticket.
The ticket category should be “Authorization Processes”. The ticket title should be “Registration of return URL for the deployment of the Authorization Service”. In the description field, provide the URL to which the customer should be redirected after processing the authorization request in the Authorization Service. A screenshot of an example ticket form with sample data is provided below.
