Reporting disruptions in the Authorization Service

If a party detects a disruption in the Authorization Service, it must be reported to Fingrid Datahub through the support service. The notification is submitted using the forms under the “Disruption reporting” category.

If the issue is detected in the production version of the Authorization Service, the form “Production environment disruption” must be used. If the issue is detected in the test version of the Authorization Service, the form “Test environment disruption” must be used.

In the form, select “Authorization Service” as the interface, and describe the situation in more detail in the Title and Description fields.
