DH-835 Load control service provider’s authorization request to customer
Event description
A load control service provider registered in Datahub requests the right to control the customer’s loads by sending an authorization request via Datahub to the authorization service for the customer’s approval.

Event processing in Datahub
Step | Description |

Notification of created authorization request | If the party includes the recipient’s information (name and email address) in the authorization request, Datahub sends a notification of the created authorization request to the recipient via email. |
Reminder of created authorization request | If the party includes the recipient’s information (name and email address) and a reminder time in the authorization request, Datahub sends a reminder of the open authorization request via email, provided the request is still open at the time of the reminder. |

Significant errors and consequences
Error | Consequence |

An authorization is requested for the wrong accounting points. | If the customer approves the authorization, the party may gain access to information it is not entitled to. In such cases, the party must cancel the authorization and delete any information already retrieved from Datahub. |
