DH-835 Load control service provider’s authorization request to customer

The start date must not be in the past or more than 90 days in the future.

Notification of created authorization request

If the party includes the recipient’s information (name and email address) in the authorization request, Datahub sends a notification of the created authorization request to the recipient via email.

Reminder of created authorization request

If the party includes the recipient’s information (name and email address) and a reminder time in the authorization request, Datahub sends a reminder of the open authorization request via email, provided the request is still open at the time of the reminder.

Information reported by party

Based on the provided information, an authorization request is recorded. In order for the authorization request to become an actual authorization, the end customer must approve it in the authorization service.

Load control service provider

Notification of successful or rejected notification.

ACK

An authorization is requested for the wrong accounting points.

If the customer approves the authorization, the party may gain access to information it is not entitled to. In such cases, the party must cancel the authorization and delete any information already retrieved from Datahub.
